We are an enrichment-focused dog daycare. That means we are not just supervising dogs or filling the day with nonstop play. We are intentional about how the day is structured and how each dog moves through it.
We guide group play, build enrichment into the routine, and pay close attention to energy levels and comfort. Dogs are not expected to be active all day. Rest is built into the day and treated as just as important as play.

A Typical Day at Daycare
Dogs spend their day in social play groups supervised by our staff at all times. Groups are sized and formed based on temperament, play style, and energy level. Daycare at Leader of the Pack is guided social time led by our team, not chaotic free play. Our staff actively manages interactions, pacing, and transitions so dogs stay engaged and balanced throughout the day.
Play Groups That Fit
We know that not every dog has the same needs. Dogs are placed into one of four play groups based on play style, size, temperament, and energy level, allowing us to create an environment that best supports positive interactions. Within each group, our staff actively leads and monitors play by observing behavior, managing group dynamics, guiding group enrichment activities, and intervening early to help prevent overstimulation.
Enrichment Built Into the Day
We provide enrichment throughout the day. Group enrichment is part of our classic dog daycare, and one on one enrichment can be added for dogs who benefit from more individual attention. Dogs complete one on one enrichment with a staff member and return to their group when they are done.
Rest and Reset
Rest is an important part of your dog’s day and helps prevent overstimulation. Because of this, all dogs receive a scheduled mid day break to rest and reset before returning to afternoon play.
Ending the Day on a Good Note
As the day comes to a close, our goal is for dogs to leave feeling fulfilled and regulated. By balancing physical activity with mental enrichment throughout the day, we support a complete daycare experience that helps dogs be their best.

Policies & Notes
- Early Drop-Off (6:30 A.M. – 7:00 A.M.): Available Monday through Friday at no additional cost. Advance reservation is required to ensure staffing availability.
- Late Pick-Up Policy: Dogs must be picked up by 6:00 P.M. A $8 late fee per pet will apply if there is no prior communication. After 6:30 P.M., dogs will be transitioned into overnight boarding and charged accordingly.
- Daycare Package Policy:
- Packages must be purchased in advance to receive discounted rates.
- Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- All package days must be used within 90 days of purchase.
- Unused days will expire unless otherwise arranged with management.
