SMS Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 1, 2026 These terms apply to the text message program operated by Leader of the Pack Doggie Daycare LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”).

About the program

If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we send text messages to help you get started as a customer and to look after your dog’s visits. Messages may cover:

  • Answering a question you have asked us
  • Obtaining your dog’s vaccination and health records from your veterinarian
  • Confirmations and reminders for daycare, boarding and grooming reservations
  • Following up after your dog’s visit
  • Helping you rebook after a cancellation

Messages are conversational and two-way. You can reply, and a real member of our staff will see it.

How to join

You opt in by ticking the SMS updates checkbox on a form at lotpdd.com. The box is not ticked by default, and agreeing is not a condition of registering, booking, or purchasing any service from us. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorised user of the mobile number you provide.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your activity with us, such as whether you have an upcoming reservation or an open question. We do not send scheduled marketing blasts.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier may. Check your plan if you are unsure.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message from us to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message, and we will not send you further texts. You can also opt out by:

We will action any opt-out request promptly, and in any event within ten business days. Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to use our services. We may still contact you by telephone or email about an active reservation.

Quiet hours

We do not send text messages outside the hours of 8:00am and 9:00pm in your local time.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside our control.

Your privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors in support services, such as our messaging provider, solely to deliver the messages you have requested. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. For full details of how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date above.
